- Sample Engagements Streamlined Processes
Streamlined the processes and organization of a major life and health provider, which resulted in an increased focus on customer service, and a 12% improvement in business retention.
Directed the design of a change management program that supported the overall implementation and rollout of new systems and processes as part of a three year $65,000,000 program, for which we designed and established a full-function model office pilot environment for validation of systems, processes, training, and management.
Developed and implemented a Program Management Office (PMO), including policies, organizational structure, standards and tools, rigorous program planning and tracking processes, detailed work plans with critical path and inter-project dependencies, management controls and board reporting, and issue and risk management procedures.
Led the formation of a small business unit to support health and accident products for a major insurance company in response to national health care initiatives that included product redesign, rate increases, and management information systems, which resulted in profitable growth of the product line.
Formed an operating company, which included the implementation of the PMSC property system, which was responsible for the property product marketed in twenty-two states through over three thousand captive agents. The company had a sub-100 Combined Ratio with an average growth rate of over 5%.
